This is a great post on how the early Christians were viewed in the first century, highlighting that they were named Christians, Followers of The Way, and Nazarenes. Truly the first century church consisted of Jews. These Jews believed Jesus was the Messiah, went to synagogue, and tried to emulate the Master. This is a wonderful article.
